This course empowers managers, engineering leads, and sustainability professionals to lead next‑generation transformation by combining global standards with advanced analytics and multidisciplinary design. Participants will operationalise the SDGs, ESG, and GRI to shape resilient organisational strategies; apply Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Circular Economy models powered by Generative AI to optimise waste, water, energy, and emissions systems; and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to embed Urban Harmony, Tropicality, Acoustics, and Smart Building principles.

The course sharpens decision‑making through Cost‑Benefit Analysis (CBA) and ROI modelling, strengthens governance and regulatory compliance, and leverages AI‑driven insights for audit‑ready reporting. Participants emerge as confident communicators and change leaders who translate complex frameworks into actionable, financially sound strategies, elevating environmental performance, unlocking operational efficiencies, and earning stakeholder confidence.

Participants who fulfil all requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
