Sustainable Net Zero Organisation (SNZO)
The Sustainable Net Zero Organisation (SNZO) Certification is awarded to organisations that meet stringent criteria designed to foster sustainability.
This certification addresses three critical industry gaps: aiding building owners in identifying organisations aligned with Singapore’s Net Zero targets, providing formal recognition for organisations committed to achieving Net Zero in their operations and services, and establishing a comprehensive framework to equip organisations with the necessary skills and best practices to meet Net Zero goals.
The SNZO Certification is dedicated to advancing the FM sector towards a sustainable future in line with Singapore's environmental ambitions. Certified Facilities Management Companies may apply for any of the following tiers:
- Sustainable Net Zero Organisation (Certified)
- Sustainable Net Zero Organisation (Gold)
- Sustainable Net Zero Organisation (Goldᴾᴵᵘˢ)
Revised Evaluation Criteria for SNZO Accreditation with effect from 1 August 2026
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that the accreditation remains relevant and aligned with evolving industry needs, the SNZO evaluation criteria will be revised with effect from 1 August 2026. The enhanced SNZO framework places greater emphasis on mitigation and adaptation strategies, encouraging FM practitioners to move beyond emissions tracking to actively reducing emissions by partnering with building owners to explore and implement practical sustainability solutions.
Application & Renewal Fees

Credentials are valid for 2 years. Renewal for the same tier will be based on the validity of the company's supporting documents. Existing SNZO accredited companies who wish to upgrade to a higher tier will have to reapply.
