Learning Journey: SIT Energy Efficiency Technology Centre
This session, hosted at the Energy Efficiency Technology Centre (EETC), Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), provides Certified Facilities Management Executives (CFME) and sustainability practitioners with an integrated overview of SIT’s sustainable campus initiatives and EETC’s applied training facilities.
Participants will gain insights into green skills required for the sustainability transition, evolving SCEM expectations and competencies, and how industry-aligned Energy Efficiency & Utilities Professional (EEUP) courses support professional upskilling. The programme highlights practical pathways for CFME and SCEM professionals to strengthen capabilities in energy efficiency, sustainability management, and compliance readiness.
The guided tour of the SIT Sustainability Campus and EETC laboratories showcases real-world applications of energy monitoring, efficiency assessment, and facilities optimisation, illustrating opportunities for hands-on learning, third-party energy audits, and certification-linked practical components.
