COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Identify the basic components, functionalities, benefits and risks involved in the usage of a Building Management System (BMS).
- Assist in the integration of building systems to achieve synergistic gains.
- Solve the implementation and operational issues in technology integration based on the interoperability of building systems.
- Examine the performance of a BMS to ensure it meets operational standards, including energy efficient consumption levels.
PRE-REQUISITES
- Age: 21 years old
- Language: Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 5.
- Academic: Obtained at least N-Level in English or ITE qualification and above.
- Experience: At least 1 year experience in built environment.
