This course introduces participants to Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) tools designed to enhance workflows, streamline tasks, and optimise operations in Facilities Management (FM). Through interactive sessions and hands-on activities, participants will explore the use of Gen AI for content creation, task automation, and personalised research.

The course also focuses on the use of Gen AI tools to boost productivity. Participants will gain insights into practical applications and limitations of Gen AI, including potential errors and knowledge gaps.

While the course covers the essential Gen AI topics required for the sector, the depth and complexity of delivery will be carefully pitched to the proficiency level of the participants, ensuring relevance and applicability across different roles.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Understand how Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) tools can be used for content creation, research, and task automation in Facilities Management (FM).
  • Develop practical skills in using Gen AI to create presentations and documents, and to gather and verify information.
  • Gain insights into creating custom summaries, checking data, and generating specific insights for FM tasks using Gen AI tools.
  • Design and prototype Gen AI Applications for non-sensitive FM operations, including task automation and frequently asked questions (FAQ) management.

 

PRE-REQUISITES

  •  Proficiency in English Language; and
     Good data literacy, including ability to use computers or smartphones.

 

COURSE DETAILS

Course Duration: 3 days (24 hours from 9am to 6pm)
