The FM Digital Literacy Workshop is a comprehensive 4-day hands-on bootcamp designed to empower Facilities Management (FM) professionals with the digital skills needed to thrive in the era of smart buildings and sustainability. Jointly supported by Johnson Controls and the SkillsFuture Queen Bee initiative, the course bridges the gap between traditional FM practices and modern digital solutions through real-world applications.

Participants will gain practical exposure to advanced tools such as the OpenBlue Enterprise Manager (OBEM), while learning to optimize energy usage, enhance asset performance, and leverage data for sustainability reporting. The workshop also covers emerging technologies including IoT, Digital Twins, Smart Energy & Asset Management, and Cybersecurity, making it ideal for professionals looking to lead digital transformation within their organizations.
