This course equips building industry professionals with skills and knowledge to apply, from strategies, technologies and practices aimed at reducing carbon emissions of buildings and promoting sustainability within Singapore’s built environment. 

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Examine the role of built environment in Singapore’s sustainable development and the roadmap to decarbonise the built environment industry
  • Assess the carbon emissions associated with buildings and sustainability best-practices to incorporate over its lifetime
  • Identify strategies to reduce carbon emissions in the design, construction and operation of the buildings
