The 24th conference continues in that tradition, bringing national policy direction and industry practice into the same room. Under the theme “WSH Reimagined: Shaping Professionals for the Future Workplaces,” this year's programme examines how the WSH profession itself must evolve. Automation, artificial intelligence, and connected systems are changing what a safety professional is expected to know and do, while expectations around ethics, mental wellbeing, and organisational resilience widen the role well beyond compliance.

Sessions address the latest changes in legislation and accident statistics, ethical safety leadership, the transformation of WSH in highly regulated manufacturing, automation and humanoid robotics on the worksite, artificial intelligence applied to safety decisions, and psychological resilience at work.

Two highlights return. The In-Conversation with the Commissioner offers a candid dialogue on national WSH priorities and a direct channel to raise practical concerns. The Panel Discussion brings industry leaders to the real world challenges facing today's and tomorrow's workplaces. Alongside both, the WSH Exhibition Zone showcases the technologies and services that improve safety and operational efficiency.
